​Julia has called the Methow Valley home for more than four decades. She is currently raising her family here with a love for nature and a sense of place. She has a passion for sustainable gardening and community. Julia has worked in the service industry for years where she has demonstrated her work ethic and attention to detail. She has extensive experience working with local homeowners specializing in property management, catering, cleaning and landscaping, and is currently part owner of a successful local service business.

Sam has been a Methow Valley resident for 7 years having traded city life for a chance to raise her family in a tight-knit community with a slower pace and connection to our natural world. She has a background in architecture, design, and project management, and currently owns an architecture firm with her partner in Twisp. Sam loves to organize and her happy place is the grocery store, seriously.
